How Does It Work?

The TENS machine sends low-voltage electrical pulses through to the electrode pads, that block pain signals from reaching the brain, proving to be a fantastic natural pain relief method for contractions.

  • Easy-to-follow instructions

Things to consider for the Elle TENS + machine:

  • Not water proof (can't be used in shower ect.)
  • You will need to practice using before labour so give yourself time when hiring (comes with instructions)
  • You will need assistance from your birth partner or birth team to put on
