Birth only package
Holding you sacredly

A compact version of the full care package for parents who are confident in their knowledge - purely wanting birth only support.

Whats included?
Price $900

• Initial consultation 
• X2 (1hr) prenatal visits in the comfort of your own home to discuss the birth you envision
• A personalised birth plan for you with your wants, needs & preferences
• Creating a sacred space for you at your birth whether that be at home or hospital
• On call from 37 weeks
• Full labour and birth support at your home and/or hospital providing hands on comfort
• X1 (2hr) postnatal visit / Birth debrief and PP gift
• Ongoing phone and email support throughout your pregnancy
• Labour/Birth position techniques
• Breathing techniques and alternative pain relief methods
• Full access to my doula kit during labour and birth which includes tens machine, birth comb, rebozo and so many more tools and tricks!

Pregnancy, birth & postpartum care - Mothering the mother

The full circle support package for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Whats included?
Price $1700

• Initial consultation (free of charge)
• Welcome gift for mama
• X2 (2hr) prenatal visits in the comfort of your own home to discuss birth preferences, and postpartum support
• Option for me to attend a hospital appointment with you
• A personalised birth plan for your wants, needs & preferences
• Creating a sacred space for your birth whether that be at home or hospital
• Labour / Birth position techniques
• Breathing techniques and alternative pain relief methods
• On call from 37 weeks
• Full labour and birth support at your home and/or hospital providing hands on comfort
• Ongoing phone and email support throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum (the 4th trimester)
• Full access to my doula kit during labour and birth which includes Tens machine, birth comb, rebozo and so many more tool and tricks!
• Postpartum care - X2 2 hour visits, birth debrief, providing emotional and practical support, light household duties, sibling care.
  
• Home made nutritious meal provided to warm mama at both postpartum visits

• Access and recommendations to local resources for additional support

Postpartum Care Package

This package focuses on mothering the mother in the fourth trimester, and supporting your transition into parenthood. Nurturing you and providing you with gentle support to leave you feeling confident in your new journey.

What's included?
Price: $1200

• Initial no obligation meet & greet
• A 2 hour planning session in the comfort of your own home, to create a personalised plan for your postpartum care, prepare your home, help pack your hospital bags / prepare your home birth and organise your support systems
• X3 postpartum visits for 3 hours each, focusing on caring for the mother while supporting the family (which consists of what's listed below)
• Ongoing emotional support and reassurance during the postpartum period
• On going phone and email support for the duration of the booked service period
• Newborn care support with settling, bathing, feeding, newborn behaviours and cues
• Breastfeeding support (within my scope)
• Support with maternal recovery and rest
• Light household duties to support you in focusing on recovering (such as meal prep, folding laundry, dishes, anything as discussed in our pre appointments
• Sibling adjustment support
• Holding and caring for baby while mum rests or showers
• Support and birth debriefing, especially following a c section or complex birth
• Referrals to other professional support services as required
• Postpartum care package and gift for mum (optional gift for siblings)
• Full access to my library of books and resources for additional support in your postpartum recovery
