I am truly honoured I get to experience these beautiful moments, and guide women to having their dream birth.

- I will help you find your voice, by providing you with resources and evidence based knowledge if you are uncertain about something

- I will listen to any fears you have and help relinquish them
- I will respect and support all your decisions
- I will ensure you are given options when it comes to your birth, informing you, reassuring you and supporting you to feel strong, confident and stress free, entering the birth environment
- I will ensure you are always cared for in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period

- I will hold a sacred and safe space for you during your labour and birth
